well hey! i’m shen zhao. i’m twenty five years old, and quite frankly i’m freaking hilarious. well that’s in my opinion.
okay mr. hilarious, what do you do for a job?
i’m a police officer here on the island, unfortunately! haha! it’s too serious for me. after all it’s just so tedious! you can’t ever joke around, or you get tazered or something! and god forbid you even look at a woman wrong while on patrol. she’ll scream about how she’s getting harassed! then you just got to run out of there as fast as you can. it’s so annoying i swear to god. women are a pain in the neck.
so would you consider yourself a good police officer?
hm. i would say that i am when i put my mind to it. i’ve always been one to be distracted easily, so that’s probably what gets in the way most of the time. oh that and that i’m not exactly that fit. i mean i try my best but i get winded easily too. when i think about it i’d rather be a comedian than an officer. it’s much more fun.
got any signature jokes?
well i figured out this hilarious thing where i put a chopstick in each of my nostrils and then i wiggle my nose. it’s priceless!! i swear everyone laughs their sides off! okay no that’s a lie. no one laughs. it’s sort of really pathetic. but i find it funny and that’s all that matters to me. as long as the girl i have my eye on laughs, it’s all good with me!
what are some things very important to you?
i identify very strongly with my asian culture. it sounds silly, but really it gives me a feeling of belonging. i have some very traditional views, like to work hard and to provide for your family. i also believe that a woman should be a caring and nurturing individual in the family, more so than the men, but that’s not saying that i want a woman that would just sit at home and pop out children. i want her to be happy, and be doing something that she wants to do with her life. as long as she laughs at my jokes, and she makes me feel loved, she can live her life just the way she wants. a woman with a career is quite attractive to me, actually.
oh? then explain your ideal woman.
well... let’s see. i’d love for her to be beautiful, but i suppose if i love her than she’ll be plenty beautiful to me. she has to laugh at my jokes, but still tell me if i’m not funny in a nice way. i have a thing for pale girls. anyway... are we done here?
