meet bennett vancott. who is he? why, the one and only bert, of course! please hold your applause and keep all hands and feet inside the board until this plot ad comes to a full and complete stop. thank you. anyway, this is bennett. you can call him ben or benny if you want. he doesn't mind. he's twenty-four years old and works various odd jobs; he seems to have a new one every time you see him. bennett, as a rule, is a very friendly person, very easy going, and kind of mysterious...and quirky. a lot quirky. he wants nothing more than to leave the island, but since that's kind of impossible at the mo', he's content with the daydreams.
i foresee quite a few friends in ben's future. he's a nice guy, always polite, and he loves talking to people. he's very warm in personality and energetic and overall a very sweet guy. he considers everyone his friend. seriously. as for enemies, that should be fun. bennett is never rude to anyone and if he did dislike someone, he wouldn't outright say it. he would just bug them to death; he knows the power of his obnoxiousness. lovers, you say? bennett is a horrible flirt and a secret romantic. right now he has feelings for a woman who barely notices him in any romantic sense.darn you, mary!but he isn't opposed to dating other women or flirting or stealing a few kisses or whatever. nothing is decided on his romantic future as of yet. s'all good, baby.
