A fun loving girl with a great voice, a little musical talent, and a great urge of exploration. Because of the latter, Ariel often gets in trouble without meaning to. She makes friends easily, though just as easily gets them mixed in on her accidents. Ariel has a bubbly attitude about everything, but can be quite rebellious, especially against authority.
She is nuts about books and reading, and finding out new things. Her singing isn't done for show, it flows naturally from her like breathing. She loves doing music with her friends, and is often up for a great round of kareoke.
Despite the happiness she tries to show, and that's not hard for her, she feels something isn't right. She just can not help feeling something is so vitally wrong. Her never ending curiosity prods her on. Even though she only remembers *beginning* a short time ago, she seems to know there should be more. She should have... years? of memories she's missing. She is often driven to the sea, and seems to have an affinity for sea creatures.
In her own happily ever after, she was recently married to her beloved Prince Eric and left the sea and her large underwater family and her fins. Now she knows not the sea and her mer heritage. Now she's just trying to break the lock of her mind, her memories. Perhaps there might be others out there to help her, how she hopes for that.
